e-mail to staples


i just had a less than "that was easy" experience trying to order some sharpie pens, no less. according to your online chat representative, i was informed that staples is unable to order products it doesn't stock. we're talking some sharpie pens here! is that correct? and if so, then that's not so "easy".

for a company whose previous motto was "yeah; we've got that", you fail on both counts...
