apparently, it's not bad enough to have real natural disasters, so in an attempt to boost their viewership, the weather channel is airing catastrophies of what could happen if the worst weather events were to strike in major metropolitan areas. er, exactly how did memphis make it onto the site instead of say, the nation's capital? obviously, nothing bad is going to happen here in d.c. well; that's a relief....
conclusion: utterly ridiculous.
