e-mail to UPS - what can brown do for you...?

hello,

i would like to know how a package that arrives in laurel, maryland because of a late train at 5:15am, sits there all day, and doesn't has a departure scan until 5:15pm, but where's it going to go?

because laurel, maryland is only 20 miles away, so how come it's going to take 3 more days to get my package?

not exactly the service your tv adverts would have us believe, is it? because according to them, you can get a package delivered across continents in a single day, but it apparently will take UPS 3 days to go just 20 miles according to your online tracking information.
