don’t tell me; al-maliki's going to get the american military to erect billboards all around baghdad proclaiming "YES! BAGHDAD'S SAFE. GO SHOPPING!", then he's going to cut taxes for the rich, mismanage the economy, refuse to sign the kyoto protocol, invade another country, where he isn’t wanted, botch the whole job, and blame everyone else..
